Saw it on the shelf in GAME today. Save yourself the hassle of ordering it and just buy it from a shop.

Have done...mind, HMW, Musiczone nor Woolworths (shock!) aren't stocking it. Shame, as they were a lot closer.

Anyway - install underway...woohoo!

Yep, just installing it myself. Got it from my local Gamestation. I couldn't find it initially on the shelves so I asked and they only had one copy which they hadn't even priced and put on the shelf yet.

So I've sold them out already.

Right, i've had a play, excellent stuff. However, i'm awful at it, it's very hard compared to GT and whatnot so it'll be a while before i'll be joining you lot online.

Stupid old computers... Had a go of the demo, no good, froze my comp. Guess I'll have to wait and see whether its coming on PS3...

I was going to ask the exact same thing.

I've got GTR as well (with the full array of mods & tracks), and wondered whether GTR2 was worth.

Well I must admit from the limited amount of running I've had (I left the country 5 days after its release) I like it very much. But I'm back in 3 days to get some practice in!

Its not quite as hard to drive as GTR which had some faults, one of which being the habit of losing the back too easily in slow corners and also all too easy to spear off the road, but its still just as challenging to drive them fast. A bit along the same vein as GPL '65 I guess.

Get it. Now.

It's much better than GTR1, and cheap too if you buy it from somewhere like http://www.sendit.com - don't buy it from the high street.

GTR2 is very good, not without its faults and shortcomings, but its very solid.

I still believe there is way too much rear grip, and the slip angles are very generous and forgive mistakes much too easily. I can get the M3 GTR at stupid sideways angles and still save it, which is wrong surely...

In any case, it looks a dozen times better than the RACE demo thats just come out.

However it does have a number of bugs, some of which have been there since GTL, which is pure laziness.
