Jay, I just spotted that too! Let's see Tony George try to spin that into a positive!!!

Otherwise, I would say Jacques does a good Nigel Mansell imitation there ("Everyone is out to get me!") but he will have to put on about 50 lb. to make it really convincing.

P.S. If he thinks it was David Richards who made the top teams not want to hire him, he's clearly living in Neverland.

Hmmm, there's something about David Richards that I don't trust... He's an amazing businessman... Oh yeah! That's it!

Looking back over the season I think Jacques has a point, I do think it was very dodgy how his car suffered such unreliability compared to Jenson's. I think Jacques did dig his hole somewhat with his lack of diplomacy and he should have watched his mouth once Pollock left.

A shame he is out of the picture.

David I honestly don't think Dave Richards or Honda would want JV to deliberately break down or fail. After all they want the points to aid their budgets for next season. I agree JV was unlucky but think that's exactly what it was, back luck. For me the thing that killed his chances was his outspokeness and criticism of the team. Instead of doing that he should have worked with the engineers etc to try and improve matters.

Nothings for ever, JV has had a good run, earnt a fortune and been WDC - that he didn't achieve more is largely down to his and Pollock's decision to throw their lot in with BAR.

It's over, time to move on.

spot on Liz.
Once more JV strikes again with the same old story: any negative fact happening is always because of someone else's fault, bad people all wanting to do him harm. He always wants to figure out as flawless and superior character to anybody else in the world..
May be this is the real reason why nobody in F1 wants him any longer around?

The man himself told his F1 days are over.

But there are no options and right now I'm not looking for them. I haven't decided not to race, but I'm not knocking on doors either because I'm not sure I want to be part of the paddock."
