So when we talk about the rules for the FIA Championship they are written by SRO, not by the FIA. SRO then gets sanction for his Championship series from the FIA.
In that case who works with Mr Ratel to provide rules such as the one we object to, the two pit stop rule? Is it all "in house" or does he have a group that includes some entrants and sponsors for instance? Who has to be convinced to get this rule withdrawn and can that only be done at the end of the season? |

Any change to the two pit stops rule would have to be sanctioned by the full FIA World Council
|
