It seems someone in the top 8 (possible Jordi Gene) has been moved back on the grid.

He is the missing one - can't think why, apart from maybe being in the first corner skirmish

SEAT penalised = joyous celebration.

And then I looked where the Chevy's were again...

Other MST site says cars 9 & 10 (Gene & Rydell) are +30sec but Rydell doesn't seem to have moved. No mention of a penalty for Couthals, although he has moved.

Larini, Menu and Hernandez sent to back of grid

With Coronel so easy overtaken by Jorg Muller and Farfus I don't think there were any SEAT team orders.

Top stuff from Priaulx yet again. Class of the field.

Those Spanish cars are just a bit too strong down the straight, particularly at this high altitude venue.

Chevrolet - for God's sake what's happening!

It has to be said the coverage by the local host was pretty awful. Loads of missed incidents, very few replays and 30 second shots of stoney-faced pit bosses on the pit wall for no reason.

Great racing today.

So far the TDI's were not dominating.
Bad weekend for Chevrolet.

In the past I was not always positive about Tielemans but this weekend he did very well. Well done! About the other Dutchman. I am a bit dissapointed, dropping from 1st to 9th is not very good.

Yeah, the coverage wasn't great.

Lots of pointless pitwall shots which lingered for ages (or what seemed like ages) which have no place really in sprint race coverage.

There was also a 15 second shot of Huff's parked car in race 1 during which we missed Farfus' pass on a SEAT.

I still think SEAT have a unfair advantage with their TDI, its just too powerful compared to what the others have. I hope it gets changed, but it probably wont.

SEAT Leon with petrol engine seems clearly outpaced.

I actually hope BMW put a TDi into action in a sense, because it will be quite funny to see how SEAT would react. Toys out of the pram and an ultimatum to the governing body probably.

However, I think TDi's should be banned on principle. Can you imagine a full field of them? Awful, awful, awful stuff.

That was a better first race to the season than the BMW walkover we were treated to last season. Though SEAT won both races, they certainly had to fight for it. Chevrolet kind of threw their gauntlet into the wrong pitch this week.
