Nah, that award goes to Jason Plato. After the 2 Hondas took each other out, Plato won and promptly spat the dummy in a way that Vettel and Lewis could only dream of.

Imagine if the Ferraris were in the Mercs position late race and Kimi got the puncture?

We’d never hear the end of the conspiracies.

Great race. Undeserved win for Lulu, but a win is a win. Game on. Max is a bonehead, and that’s the PG version.

What great fun watching the Red Bulls crash into each other, they should have had a trackside punch up to settle things

he moved BEFORE the braking zone, Daniels DRS closed as Max moved left

so Max did nothing whrong here

I think Daniel would'nt have made that corner even if Max was not there

'Undeserved' is unfair. He was in the right place at the right time. His demeanour at the end was admirable. He knew he'd got lucky, but he's not the first...

Lewis got lucky but it wasn't undeserved. He clearly wasn't having the best of races but he hung on in there and was able to capitalise on other's misfortunes, which is part of it.

Red Bulls pace was equal to Ferrari's and Mercedes, they were just in each others hair the whole race. At one point it had to go wrong. I still commend them for letting them race. People will probably talk bad about it, but for us fans is only for the better.

Personally I think they can skip the whole DRS thing on the main straight. Or rename it SDE (sitting duck effect)! At least shorten the zone a bit. It's just too easy to drive by.

Listening to Lewis Hamilton just now, he really has matured down the years and is a delight to listen to. He is such a nice guy. I was privileged to photograph him in 2003 when he was racing in Formula Renault and back then who would have thought that he would become one of the F1 “All time greats”. This season is shaping up to become a classic...😎 Roll on Barcelona

I've only caught the clips on the official site to this point, but um, was that a motor race, or a bad amusement park ride?

Just about everybody seemed to have lost his mind at one point or another.

Honestly, I didn't see Max do anything I haven't seen any number of the others do.

And frankly, if you're going to just sit back and accept the stuff that allows driving standards to suffer as they have (like paved run-offs), then you have no grounds to complain when "stuff" happens.

I was a little surprised at first to see that the race hadn't been shortened by a lap or two from running up against the two-hour limit due to all the Safety Car periods.

Hmm, guess we'll see if Mercs decide to do a repeat performance of Hamster and Rosberg in Spain from a couple years ago. Sheesh.

Best race for a long time this circuit is probably the best to watch now and show just how poor and boring monaco has become compared to what a real street race could be.

Interesting point...Monaco has perhaps become too slow of a track for the speed of the cars/rules they are going for these days.

I disagree. Much as I was delighted that he didn't win, he proved (as if he needed to) that he's a racer. Someone who wants to win, not come second. He went up several points in my personal estimation for trying to do just that.
