What's happening with the DTM entry? Was the car designed from inside out to be a MG? Or could any manufacturer right now just lay down the Euros and slap a bodyshell on the chassis??

I'm still curious about how accurate the MG entry for 2005 is, there's 2 months to go until Hockenhiem and nothing concrete has really been announced.
Has the car even been tested yet? |

Does anyone know what actually happened to that DTM Volvo built by Zakspeed?

With so many other things on their plate, I would think being involved in the DTM is way down their list of priorities. |

Can't see MGR putting their own money in, but the could endorse the local German MGR importer's entry (and use his money!)

The MG for DTM began work in the wind tunnel about three weeks ago. They do not intend to be ready for the first race, they realise it's practically impossible.

Has there been any new regulations to the DTM cars which would make them slower this year?

MG have given the go-ahead.
They're targetting Mark Blundell or Johnny Herbert for the lead car, with a German driver in the second. |
