It was far too hot. I would take 18 degrees and cloudy over that any day.

Yep saturday was good but sunday was far to hot, scramble for shade outside our campsite at tertre rouge but no problem to keep popping back for cold drinks. Very dusty but amazed at how clear of litter it was this year, at the start there was a large group watching in chairs next to me consumming a huge quantity of cans,bottles and food but when they went to leave one produce a black sack and they all cleared up the stuff. throughout the event the behavior of people was very good.

It was a hot one, enjoyed being there again very much meeting lots of friends from all over the world.

It was only 27°C in the shade, but very hot if you were under the sun, the 24 Hours date is close to summer solstice. The problem is there aren't any more enough trees and shelters with shade.

At least they have planted some more trees along the top of the bank inside Tertre Rouge. Will take a few years to fill out though.

When they put the new drainage in outside the campsite they planted loads of pine trees, unfortuneately they grew like mad and after about 5 years they blocked anyones view from the top viewing area, only one left now. But you can now see the big screen and the track. ACO hopefully have learnt some lessons about where to put trees

Expo parking is undercover now. Huge roofs covered with solar panels. Nice to get back to a car that has not been in the sun all day.

Excellent weather all week I thought, a few spots of R-word but nothing to worry about.

Our grandstand seats were at the back of T18 which never get any daylight so actually was slightly chilly at times.

Just checked the forecast for this weekend!!!!! 37 degrees on Saturday, then rain overnight. Presumably in the form of a biblical storm. Yikes.

Good job they picked last weekend to have the race. It was near perfect weather then and hardly much r*** to ruin it. This weekend it would have been nightmare weather to race in

The weather here in the uk is hot enough but near 40 in france would mean i would be hiding under shade if the race had been a week later.

The last Classic I visited had the same weather, it took the fun out of the event cause everything was ten times harder to do. There is (I hate to say it) also weather wich is to good.
