ORECA 05 for 2015
ORECA will be replacing the 03 in 2015 with a new LMP2 coupe. There will also be an update kit for the 03 for 2014 (03R).

Update on the development of the Tiga LM214. There have been delays with the gearbox and engine as well as the construction of the new facility, but the parts are being tested now. Mike Newton claims it will be run in the ELMS this year, possibly elsewhere too. |

An update on the new Adess LMP2, with a professional team interested and maybe a debut later in 2014 in ELMS or even WEC (i guess in WEC as a wildcard??) |

looks pretty, and I hope that like the adess T128, this car has been projected respecting the 2014 LMP1 cockpit sizes, to be updated to lmp1-L spec in future.

BTW, I wonder if Panoz can make a front-engined LMP2 car other than the DeltaWing for future regs? I want some more variety instead of being stuck in mid-engined cars all the time, despite being better. |

very pretty - i have a concern that the new coupés will start to look a little similar, with the new Oreca, HPD and Ligier being due in the next 12 months, but this is a nice start - wonder how much of the aesthetic appeal is due to the render having a much nicer livery than the Porsche?

Ford considering an LMP2 car for the 2017 unified regulations? They've already got the engine. |

No, it would not be great. They can play in P1 and keep P2 for the privateers

The next generation of LMP2 chassis are looking quite promising IMO. 3 distinct styles between the Ligier, Dome, and HPD. I enjoy the looks of each of them. Still yet to see the new Oreca and here's hoping Zytek answers the bell. The moves they made today selling off the automotive business makes me optimistic they will. Between LMP2 in 2015 and the new LMP1 this year these are good times in prototype racing.
