Both Bell and Karam were too aggressive. We're not even half way! Bell is makes a lot of dangerous decisions, wouldn't be surprised if he eventually crashes out too.

Hard to disagree. Karam needed to have more self-preservation and should have bailed out of that one but Bell has been throwing his car around from the start of the race. I wouldn't be surprised if someone returns the favour later on.
Edit - Aleshin and Daly out. Damn, that was my backup pick too Last edited by J Jay; 29 May 2016 at 18:15. |

Aleshin out. He'd a good turn of speed, shame. Daly gone too.

I had a hunch Bell would get into a crash.
I didn't think it would be in the pit lane... he's collected his team-mate RHR as well! |

Bell too wide coming out of the box. Could've easily taken out as Helios as well.
Helios looking even stronger for the 100th now. |

They should have held Bell's car for a fraction of a second to get behind Helio.

Is there any reason they have to stack 33 pit boxes so close to one another when they have about a mile worth of straight? There been issues on every caution pit sequence. I blame no one for the last one. Unless Townsend is an iguana that can move both eyes separately, he was going to miss someone.

Either/both Andretti cars should have been held and there would have been enough room for everyone.
Edit - Bell Stop/Go, the right call. |

Bell receives a penalty, I guess it's warranted, but the conditions could be better on pit road. The grass looks good at the Speedway, however.

So, errr, who predicted Tagliani and Rossi as consecutive leaders of the race?

Can we keep guys who are 47 laps down off the track for the remainder of the race? I get points, the desire to finish the race but more times than not, these back markers cock up the proceedings. Case in point, Buddy loses a wheel and has a dramatic effect on others' outcomes.
That's racing, I reckon.... Edit: more close calls on pit road....becoming common place. |

Wait, I've just figured out who is on BT Sports' commentary. It's Ben Evans isn't it? This must be a step change from doing GT Open on Youtube!

Misfire on Pagenaud's car apparently (NBC comms). Would explain his utter lack of top end even in double drafts.
