If think a similar phrase, 'I can remember when motor racing was dangerous and sex was safe' was attributed to Innes Ireland, please correct me if I am wrong......

"It's a game of two halves"
"The ball is round, the game lasts 90 minutes everything else is pure theory" "After the game is before the game" "The ball is always in the best shape" "It's not a matter of life and death, it's more important than that" Am I in the right place?? |

Some from the other side of the pond:
Said like an elevator operator in a department store, when dropping off workers at their turn, "Turn X, Lingerie..." "Did you bring your catcher's mitt?" "Duck early and often." Said at the end of the final pace lap at whatever turn usually gets flying vehicles or serious debris on starts, "Assume the Kilroy Position." Also used by Indycar observers on ovals. keke |

Saw Jeff at Thruxton this weekend, so was very pleased to say on a numerous number of occasions:
"Bugger off Bloxham" He said that he had not seen this thread, but was very pleased to be mentioned..... BvB |

GP3s, Friday morning first session of the weekend. Cars are released from pits, sweeper cruising around Becketts. Only thing I could say as the sweeper turned onto hanger was 'Oh S**t !!'.

Just after the first Ginetta fire at Oulton, who should come walking past me from that direction? Yep, you guessed.
