But that's not the point of the thread. The teams had agreed to a low carb diet. Ferrari agreed with it as well. Now, because the teams agreed to lower their carbs even more, Ferrari have decided to eat all the carbs. Ferrari is reneging on an agreement so they can have all the biscuits they want - over and above what the others can afford.

They don't seem to like any of them at the moment.

But i suppose, just like the fat kid at school, they're hardly likely to try something better if they can have an endless supply of broken ones.

The teams didn't want low carb. They claim they want a low carb diet, yet, they are still eating as much, if not more than before.

Ferrari came up with a very logical alternative (a proposal which would have come up if Ferrari was invited in the first place). But the other teams rejected it..They only want THEIR plan to be in effect. So WHY should Ferrari oblige? Does it really benefit F1?

Once again, nobody wants to answer, or even analyse what the 9 teams are eating besides biscuits, and what they do in the loo.. instead, people just insist that Ferrari should eat only as much biscuits as the other teams, even though other teams have advantages in other forms of food to satisfy their hunger.

Of course not. It's yet another "Ferrari are the meanies" thread. (who changed the rating from the thumb down to three stars anyway?)

Besides, the other teams didn't agree to a low carb diet; they decided to force Ferrari to follow a low carb diet, small and subtle difference. Now noone understands (or pretend not to) and everyone is fuming as to why Ferrari don't humbly abide to their rules/conventions/whatver. Kinda boring really...

NO1SPECIAL has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
I really can't follow all this talk about bikkies and carbs....but i sure am getting hungry.
If anyone here really knows what they're talking about why don't you just use the proper terms?

It doesn't. We're moving in circles for like 3 days already. (or shall I say 1 year?)

Ok - without using analogies, euphamisms or anything else, please one of the Ferrari defenders explain this:

Why did Ferrari stick by the no testing in the summer break, and no testing from last race until 1 December for the past few years?

OK, this season they haven't agreed to a 30 day limit - which is fine, but why does that mean they should now go and test beyond what they were doing before?

That's the point I don't think has been answered.

Easy answer that. Not only that they ALL agreed that, but that was also a rule.

Easy answer to that as well. If 9 teams unilaterally decided to be jerks and impose the new "rules", Ferrari obviously decided that all the previous conventions have been cancelled. Plus, the 30/winter/summer testing bans are no longer bans, that is, they're not in Sporting regulations anymore. That's the point that everyone is trying to answer since 13 Oct 2005, 15:54 but you wouldn't listen.

Cheers,

Red, trying to point at the obvious and failing.

I fear, Bononi, this is probably one of those subjects where the Ferrari supporters will never see the other point of view and vice-versa.

The discussion probably has run its course!
