We left after Hyperpole as we were all pretty tired and couldn't understand why as we drove away from the circuit we were blessed with a very dull pre-recorded interview about the BMW art car instead of having discussion about the most exciting qualifying session for years....???

I find the frequent reference to Crowdstrike far less irritating than 'agerty, for some reason.

RLM content has indeed been somewhat baffling, given not only that it is race week at Le Mans, but that they almost certainly are enjoying a wider audience year on year.

The live commentary has (so far) been excellent this year.

Commentary has been great, but the 'reception' (if that's the right word) last night was really terrible at times. I posted that it was unlistenable at one point on the RSL FB page.

Oh really? I've had poor reception in T17 sitting higher up in previous years from time to time (I think we both have), but I spent some time high up in T18 yesterday and the FM broadcast was crystal clear for me, likewise in T23 for the entire Hyperpole session coverage. How irritating!

They’ve had problems with reception from the roving reporters this year. Both general reception back to the booth and also someone else using their channel!

It’s been Ok otherwise for me. Except a brief period back in the campsite.

Eve posted in the studiovision chat that they have some serious RF issues with someone else interfering with their assigned frequencies, and it affected all they did. I think they decided to put on the pre-recorded stuff to get some content out. Kind of a bummer, considering they can't do much about it.

I will be switching to RLM for the race and syncing the YouTube video. The plain SHOUTING and saying the teams were wrong was too much.

I usually do the same (sync feed and RLM audio) and later change between different commentary from time to time. Both crews are doing good job imo.

The Birmingham City thing wasn’t mentioned in passing. Evetinally John remembered that there was some track action.

And Hertz - all the same investors linked up to the financing of Jota.

I’d be interested to hear about it at the moment.
