my guestimate - 7 and 2 will do full fuel for last stop and the rest will have shorter fill which should make it quite close

The Pugs are not suffering reliability, or have they not just been noted since they are so far from the top? If they finally have reliability, that's something. Changing their concept they have basically lost three years!
