If the 71 got past the line after 6 minutes, within limits they would've gotten penalized but not NC'd. But since it's a DNF, it's a DNF which at LM generally means NC.

Lutzvic should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
it was better than last year. Toyota's win was predictable...Am was a huge positive surprise, Porsche a huge negative one....
When 7 was in the pit, I had a secret hope for a while, maybe...Rebellion...but no..they simply struggled in traffic...anyhow big applause for them.

See you next year in Le Mans

I think most people on year were routing for Rebellion, i wore my Rebellion 2009 pit crew tee shirt today, it gets worn once a year usually at the meet, whether it fits or not.

Question about the LMP2 winning drivers: Between Paul Di Resta, Phil Hanson and Filipe Albuqeurque, which one is the silver driver? And would you think he is a "sneaky silver"?

Phil Hanson is the Silver, he and Albuquerque are the season long crew. He's an ascending driver but I wouldn't expect him to remain Silver much longer.

According to the FIA Driver Categorisation – 2020 List, Hanson is Silver. Di Resta Albuqeurque are Platinum.

The DSC article implies this, some but now we need to keep an eye on the win total count now for Nakajima and Buemi. They are entering the category for many of the past Audi drivers for overall wins totals. You think there current win total of 3 will increase?

Andy Blackmore has announced there will be no more Le Mans spotter guides. Lack of cooperation from the teams causing increased workload and time to put into it. IMSA guides will continue.

Feels like another case of the ACO and the related teams/people/etc being more hostile than they need to be towards fans and enthusiasts.

In fact, Phil Hanson has been lucky that United has used the Ligier JS P217 for his first two year in LMP2. Because of this, he had time to learn and progress without having his classification changed. But for next season, it will be over and he will not be able to race with a platinium.

It has been a good learning experience for Hanson, especially with the car and team he has had behind him. Let’s how he progresses. He needs to find something to keep him going

I noticed it on many pit boxes, radio stands and team equipment. Seems like the teams should only be happy to provide and be included.

Quite a few people would have been lost without that spotters guide. I'm sure plenty have been grateful for it, just won't be the same without it
