Antonio Pannullo keeps on producing nice drawings on http://lemansprototypes.over-blog.it/
The inner tunnel of the Pescarolo 03's front fender: A comparison of the inner ducts of the Pescarolo 03 and the Aston Martin AMR-One: The solution on the Pescarolo is greatly simplified. |

the complex inner air ducts had to be one of the aces in the hole of the amr-one, seems that pescarolo didn't think like this...

So , are ye still happy to see this abysmal effort from the 03 , and think it deserves a place in the worlds biggest race , at the loss of a 997 IMSA pro car ?
I think not . |

Henri deserves a place for sure, but with this car......, well, it certainly does seem to bear a curse. Even the AMR racing models of this car were selling for peanuts in the Village....

Hopefully Henri and the team can iron out some of the problems with the 03 and make it run quicker. It's good for them to have two (albeit different) cars on the grid. |

He's been throwing cars off the road at Le Mans for several years now. I'm surprised Henri took him from Rebellion.....

A Porsche will beat it on number of laps alone , mark my words .
I just want to see a car that works (just happens there is a very quick pro car thats not in and its a 997) and can bring a fight to the race . So far this is exactly what I expected from the 03 , which I said weeks ago , and was reprimanded for saying so . Others said that they wanted it to be in the race ..... I say it should be there if it deserves to be there . Question : from what we have seen , does this car deserve to be there over a proven quick car of any class ? I hope they get it fixed , I really do cuz I have tremendous regard for Henri ..... but it aint lookin good . Sadly , certainly on the cards for first retirement . |

Pescarolo has issued a statement that the car has been rebuilt and it will take part in the 7 PM qualifying session today.

I see no reason why it can't run perfectly respectably at the weekend, and having it here over another Porsche? Absolutely yes. |

It looked like the crash only sheared off the front bodywork, no damage to the suspension or front wheels (at least as far as we can see). They'll probably have the car ready tomorrow or at least by race day. Definitely going to make the race though
