Would be good to see him in a Halfords Civic. I feel he's got a good future ahead of him, and paired with Flash, could prove to be a very quick team.

They are planning on running an alternative fuel but I cannot give details as the company concerned does not want the publicity at this stage. The FIA are very interested in this project as they are considering incorporating it into the regs for the WTCC in 2009.

Hot air doesn't count as an alternative fuel.
CVR have been mentioned here several times. They came close to entering this year - all they were missing was some cars, some drivers and some money! |

A-Tech don't want to run Alfa 156s again. Pinkney has said they are looking at other Alfa models, i.e a 147.
Let's not start the CVR myth again. It will not happen. You will not see any Chevys in BTCC from them or anyone else. |

As for CVR, that's why I thought a key was a good idea - unless you want me to downgrade them to TTR and Craig's head level? |

Rick Kerry should be there with 4 stars.
His team mate should be two stars. Should not Your two stars 'evidence' be higher than your three stars 'good intentions'? Last edited by Aunt Sally; 23 Oct 2007 at 17:38. |

After David Pinkney raced the 147 in 2001, I wouldn't think he would want to go back to that model again! |

And then Gareth Howell is planning another attempt to get out in his Ford Sierra. Not *that* Gareth Howell.

What about Martyn Bell?
Last i heard he was selling his 320i and getting a new shape 320si for 2008. Sounded pretty positive. Quick question, is the Doyle entered Robertshaw racing Civic an old, or new shape car? Also....any piccies of any of these new teams yet? Might be a bit early but still...... Simon |
