Porsche/Cadillac/ Acura seem to get closer together on weight. BMW much lighter. BMW seems like the straggler in this hypercar era. IMSA has tried to get them up to speed for a long time but it doesn't show on the track.

Same can be said in WEC really they are not showing speed anywhere, I think the car is flawed in some way
