re the BMW M1s (warhol or not) imho it's really hard to make these not pleasing to the eye. The car's lines are just too good. Same applies to this beast, hideous livery yet the overall impression is awesome.

In my personal opinion, I was never fond of the Stevenson Motorsport Audis. I'm afraid that the giant 'Murican' eagle doesn't exactly fit well with the German Marque as it did on their Grand-Am Camaro. Further, the red wheel rims coupled with the ridiculous IMSA Mandated Class Color ID's on the mirrors, rear wing, and the windscreen glare strip.
Lest I even start on the alternate colored sister car? |

Blame GM for not allowing them to run the Reiter Camaro.

They've used the pink-yellow-green on most of their cars, like their Renault Clio, Renault Megane and Renault RS01
I hated it when I first saw it, but after a few years, it actually grew on me. Funny detail is they try to wave a pirates flag when they win, and have one above and in their pit box as well. And for sure it is fairly easy to spot their cars in the queue Last edited by gert; 23 Dec 2016 at 23:30. |

I like those almost-nakey lady liveries... The layout/design isn't great, but there is just something silly about a car with a scantily clad woman on it, particularly in this age where such things are so frowned upon. It's not what you expect to see on the side of a race car as it goes by.
They make me chuckle when I see them, so that's good enough for me... Maybe I'm just easy to amuse. |

I always loved the 'classic' Audi Sport colours from those 80's Quattros- very simple livery, but immediately recognisable. http://c8.alamy.com/comp/BPPN34/audi...ark-BPPN34.jpg The addition of the yellow for the 'HB' sponsorship in 1985(?) or so did nothing for it though... Must admit it's a pity Audi weren't tempted to livery up one of the R18s in a version of the retro colours for their final WEC outing this year as a 'goodbye' gesture. |

It's terrible, but its more of an Art Car than that latest BMW I suppose.

Are they even still allowed to race? Being in the US there's only so much I can follow the N24 and I don't remember seeing one of those in the coverage I have seen in the last two years. Would think with the event seemingly growing a bit internationally and having some more cameras on it that the organizers might not be so lenient. |
