Jaywow +3 secs back. Jordan will have to run into trouble for any chance of the 5 to win.
Haven't seen the GT battle since the restart..... |

Nice punt 912. No way to pass there! Gifted his teammate the win.

Not my favorite either but it’s the best and maybe only way for IMSA to have a race in southern California, which is a very important market for them.

I say someone at Porsche did the math, weighed the averages, and told Freddie Mak to take out the #4, so Porsche would get winner's points.
Jordan Taylor nearly binned it on his out lap, and looked slower until the yellow, Ricky says TC issues, the announcers say someone said brake bias change ... Mazda four and five, best of the non-DPs. Maybe we will see even more at Laguna. |

Yeah, I realize that, I live about 30 miles away, but... I don't go any more, for many reasons. I say, "Bring back Del Mar!" ;-)

I'm glad a car other than Corvette won in GT finally but dang. Ford, BMW, and Ferrari need to step it up. Hopefully IMSA will give them some BoP help. By improving their performance though. Not by adding more weight, air restrictor, or fuel tank size to the Corvette and Porsche. |

912 saw a slip by the 4, saw an opening with not much time left and boneheadedly dove for it in a place no one passes. Nothing more, I think.
Race should be at least 2 hrs. Felt like it was just getting into a rythem when it ended. I love the circuit for these cars, but it has always felt "forced". |
