Glad to see Daniel Morad and Gabby Chaves out there. Would be great to have both in GP3 next year; Morad showed some potential and I think Chaves is the real deal, personally.

Good question, hope he ends up with a ride in something and not lost to the wilderness of LMP2 or something like that.

I've got a horrible feeling he'll be headed for F2.............

There has been no news from Dean Smith since he tested a Mclaren MP4-23 at Silverstone in November, the prize for his Autosport award. He was intending to do GP3 again and i'm pretty sure he would have been a title contender. Maybe your right chunterer, F2 could be his option. That was in fact his aim last year after dominating 2009 F2 winter testing but he got backing from RSF to do GP3. Bortolotti lost his place on FDA, and he's reverted back to F2 from GP3...maybe a similar path for Dean is on the cards.

Hopefully Gabby makes a true name for himself this season. I remember a RACER Magazine article from his FBMW days that called him a her and placed "her" in the context of other female drivers like Danica. Oops.
