Point taken re Oscherchleben, particularly as I seem to remember that you may be speaking from first-hand nowledge. That was brave! I think that disappoints me about the British F3 calendar is that it has very obviously been put together against a financial background, without taking sporting considerations into account. Perhaps that's inevitable at the moment.

Glad you said that, because hell would have to freeze over before I made the trek to Oschersleben! Anyway, who started the knocking? On a brighter note, I might try and make the Norisring next year. People have often asked me over, but it almost always clashes with a BF3 round.

In Italian websites Bortolotti is said to be offered a Red Bull F3 ES ride, whether that would be with Signature or Carlin is unknown.

It will be fun to watch the Spaniard's progress in the F3 Euro Series this year. Taking all his 2008 starts into consideration, he finished on the podium in 64% of his races.

I think Caldarelli and Waldschmitd are confirmed to SG and Maki to Signature. Yann Clairay won't be this year in f3 (pass to FIA GT). Some rumours for some teams;
Faccin maybe to Jo Zeller or Motopark, Mirocha to HBR, Nunes to Manor, Dillmann to Motopark.

Bortolotti is not confirmed. They only say it's likely that Bortolotti will get a Carlin seat with Red Bull sponsor money.

Valtteri Bottas is very likely to drive for ART. He hasn't signed yet, but according to himself, it's 99% sure that he'll have a contract by the end of January.
