Yeah, daddy, saw it....that's where I took those numbers from.......it's long, laborious reading but there are a few interesting things in there if you dig deep enough.

Big Bang seems to be Gentilozzi and Motorock, if I read the stuff right (and who knows the legalese if you read it right or not).
I have thought -- and posted -- all along that this will come down to a proxy fight between OWRS and Vannini to start with and maybe a Vannini suit along the route. There are still indeed many scenarios as to how this will play out. |

i guess no one understands why gentilozzi needs to be reprsented by Motorock (which he is part of and manager...) and Big Bang (which is him and Motorock- i understood this part) and OWRS which is Gentilozzi, and i thought Trans Am Racing inc. was an SCCA owned thing, Gentilozzi is Pres or manager i get but what does this have to do with the buyout, and when did SCCA not own or run it?

Gentilozzi's role in Trans Am is kind of a "catch" of the thing. Panoz and Sanchez acquired the marketing rights to the Trans Am Series from SCCA. Eventually, Sanchez was out of it, then Panoz reportedly gave Gentilozzi some money to run the series and TAKE the marketing rights off his hands. Don't know quite how it works but he's kind of in an Andy Evans/IMSA situation there, as he would be as an owner of CART if the buyout goes through.
