Amazing that the VAG cars can sustain this pace without the slightest mechanical hitch so far.

Audi need more cars for all the talented drivers they've been bringing up from Blancpain. Vanthoor will need a seat as well if he gets similar treatment to Rast, a year in LMP2 before moving on up. Considering Vanthoor and Estre are rivals in Blancpain it's been good seeing them put in quick times. Should be a hard charger.

I think Tincknell's car should have been black flagged. Not that he could see the black flag unless someone else was driving past him, but that's my point. Nearly an entire lap with no headlamps is insanity.

It had tail lights so other cars could see it, he didn't go too fast and he went straight to the pits, it's not like his car was shedding bodywork as he made his way back and caused problems for others....

Yes, but had a car been parked with no lights on (like Greaves) he would not be able to see it.

How do you black flag a car which never passed the start line? That flag is from the start only and he pitted immediately after the accident.

So what is up with the Audis, specifically the #7 & #8? They're all down on lap times since the sun came down but the #9 has sporadically managed to put the fast laps in.

There was enough cars passing it with regularity that it doesn't seem like that'd have been an actual issue, I still don't see why it'd have been black flagged....

Slow zones been there for a while. It must've went away and came back out.
