Looks different. There was a lot of work into the car just because of the engine change. Might have a different handling dynamic to it with the redesign of the rear suspension. Hope it goes well.

It scares me that a very weak LMP1 goes to the 6 Hour of Spa with a new engine and without any proper testing. Why did they believe? Because they saw miracles. Things one man took as chance, a man of faith took as a sign.

Well, all the evidence over the past few seasons would suggest that they're pretty keen......

Well they are up against it and that gives them the underdog feel. But they never quite get there

DSC reports that they'll get a new chassis for Le Mans that is made for the Gibson engine instead of modified to fit it like the current one.

Being the only unique independent chassis in the field and in a way one of the only true "prototypes" left in the world, they should be allowed to catch a fire every once in a while

Well they’ve done a lot on their own and have had sone good results. Although catching fire is probably not what they are thinking of...

It's difficult to appreciate in these tricky conditions, but until Dillmann step out of the car, it was at the top. Then it was time of Ruberti who is new for this car/track combination . I'm not saying that the car is the fastest of course, but it was a good start for the car with the new engine, knowing that the rear of the car has been modified to receive the v8. If they could have a race rhythm close to the Rebellion, it will be great to watch.

Well we don’t know until we see it driven in anger. We’ll see if it can do it. It’s good to see it up there, but then practice doesn’t always equate. We’ll see if the new engine is worth it, it certainly needs to be

They were 5 seconds out of pace in the wet. That is what I call eccentric. Precisely because the tyranny of opinion is such nowadays as to make eccentricity a reproach, it is desirable, in order to break through that tyranny, that people should be eccentric.
Still have my doubts about the car reliability. |

Yesterday lap times were good while Dillmann was behind the wheel. Later when the track conditions improved, Ruberti was driving getting some experience while the other cars improved.
I don't know what happened today in FP3 (I couldn't follow it), the car is very far from top times. Let's see how the car goes in qualyfication. However, Webb told to Endurance-info.com that they are just doing a test session while they do the race. The target is just to finish and get KMs and data. |

Well it's good for them Dillman is up to speed. They need the others to get experience to match him. Not good though if they are off the pace in normal conditions though. They need to get closer to Rebellion to justify themselves.
They could all turn it around in quali. They have the chance to if they get everything right |
