It's the perfect place for those with a little money to run a racing team to have some fun during the weekends (I wish I had some....)

If nothing else, the unique nature of the track/series means that all those little hatchbacks and slower cars really make things more exciting as it's really enjoyable to watch the GT3 cars carve through the traffic. The onboard footage in the early part of the race (haven't watched the whole thing yet) was awesome.
The people running them seem to be happy and having fun, they help make the series unique, and they are adding to the excitement... I don't see any reason to even consider changing anything. |

The battles in the lower classes are no less fierce then those in SP9 and there's always stories to tell up and down the pitlane with some teams battling each other year in year out. A big thanks to Miguel and the GT Report guys for bringing us their coverage of the series for us English speaking fans. I really need to get off my ass and start learning German again. |

Hey miguel, do you have pictures of some of the 'other' class cars like the older VWs? My own personal selfish interest would be any Mk5 Golf GTIs, the Corrado or Mk2 Jetta. Might be kind of an interesting gallery idea, the motley crews of the grassroots classes

Another good race yesterday, kept you guessing throughout the 4 hours.
Manthey got robbed by lady luck, and I think we saw 20 whole minutes throughout the race where there were no slow zones (shudder to think if VLN used a safety car) http://www.racing24-7.net/en/2018/04...sh-sunny-vln2/ |

Yes, less than 100 cars start next weekend including worksentrys from Porsche (Manthey), Audi, Hyundai, Subaru, Toyota, Glickenhaus, Mercedes (Alzen GT4)

Have there ever been more than 100 cars in the qualifying race? I don't remember ever seeing an entry list for it with more than half the entries for the main event.

I came up with something even better with regard to the small teams, stay tuned
Here's my race report: https://www.gt-report.com/2018/04/11...sh-repair-win/ And a little extra, an interview with Marco Bonanomi who suddenly appeared at the Ring on Friday testing the Honda NSX GT3. I didn't expect them to want to do an interview, but he did: https://www.gt-report.com/2018/04/11...-nordschleife/ All my VLN and Blancpain GT Zolder stuff is coming much later than usually because we're having "some" problems with the website plus a bit of an increase in customers for this year. |

Well, it's not just for the love of it
Interview with Lance David Arnold: https://www.gt-report.com/2018/04/14...ong-way-to-go/ Obviously Frikadelli Racing isn't ready for the N24 yet. |

Very good work, Miguel!
Thank you! Aston Martin with two works entrys. The GT3 V12 will not compete in the Bilstein-livery anymore. Instead we will enjoy british racing green like in Lemans. http://www.astonmartin.com/en/racing...h-24-hour-race |

Seen as Manthey aren't running #911 at the qualifying race, does that mean it can't get into the Top 30 shoot out at the 24 hours?
