Qualifying session has ended! We've seen the GT300 cars for the grid tomorrow having four hybrid cars in front. Two Hondas (#55 ARTA pole, #0 MUGEN 2nd), one Toyota in 3rd and one Subaru in 4th. Meanwhile I was watching that, I was expecting the Subaru to have a pole position, but not bad for the ARTA CR-Z to take a pole.

At GT500, the Petronas TOM'S RC-F was faster than the other cars. At the 130R, after Kogure passed Quintarelli, he suddenly encountered an oversteering and spun out at the corner. Kogure's time was 1:55, 7 seconds behind the polesitter. Over to the two Hondas (#8 and #18), Liuzzi and Makowiecki were improving their previous times until they got their best one. Liuzzi finished 5th and Makowiecki finished 7th. Not bad for Liuzzi aswell.

Nakajima set a new lap record with his pole position. A 1:48.633, thats extremely fast!

very likely to me! and if toyota won't "forgive" lotterer to have dropped a super formula race to run in f1 my bet is that next year tom's team will have nakajima on #36 and caldarelli on #37.

It's a bummer that Mooncraft won't be putting the Shiden bodywork into the mother chassis!

On the other hand, will DOME make a generic prototype bodywork (ala DP) other than putting GT86 bodywork? I would like to see DOME making a GT300 version of the S103, but I don't think GTA would allow that to happen.

A great step for RLM to cover a Super GT event. Now if only the GTA would be nice to stream their series... C'mon, one of their motto is "challenge from the world" unless they still use it.

-Le Mans test day and the autopolis round have overlapped.
-We would like to talk with ACO so that the participating duty to LM test day can be avoided for Super GT drivers.

*About Mother chassis
-GT86 shakedown test is done at Okayama on Sep 11.
User is Toyota Team Thailand and driver is Takeshi Tsuchiya.
-In addition, we received 4 chassis orders from GT300 teams.
