Race has been interesting thus far and is setting up nicely for the next 16 hours. Still alot to happen, Audi not quite as far off as people were predicting after quali.

If you're watching on sky in uk/ireland then its switching between eurosport 1 and 2 every now and then, the latest stint was very short before it went back to the other eurosport. No different from watching the golf on BBC and having to go bbc1 --> bbc2 --> bbc1

I can handle the switching.
It's the comment of NO gaps, followed immediately by a 10 minute hole!!! |

Carlton Kirby showing his expertise again... "Just wait until the Penske Porsches get invited" (Duh) and "I've heard the ACO doesn't want them and have told them to stay away" (More duhrr)...

Felbermeyer Proton Porsche seems to be slowing down! I hope they're not having mechanical problems. Would really kill the interest in GT2. The Ferrari and Porsche are pitting at the same time. Is the Ferrari a lap ahead? Planetlemans just posted that this car has gone into the garage. It may all be over but the shouting!!!

That's what it was, didn't realize both Spykers had retired. Wow GT2 has taken quite a hit.

According to a spectator, feeding RLM, it's fixed.
The driver hit the bits the mechanic told him to! |

Remember, there's still the very real possibility of rain for some noticeable portion of the race, and hey, I'm not even making this comment having come from the UK (or Seattle!).
I'm not digging through the thread right now to find if it's been mentioned, but there was an interesting comment around the start of the race. I was checking for clips on YouTube as I don't have SPEED, and someone posted the start off of SPEED and a comment was made that it was thought the Peugeots were running ~800hp. Just thought I'd throw that into the pot. |

Nuts.
Dome pulled off pitlane into the pit itself. Laptop out, Anglo type using it, so at a guess, it's a Rugby boy from Engine Developements... |
