It seems there are so many drivers rumoured for the seats that are currently available. It's hard to keep up. Still waiting to hear what happens with Moffat and Boardley's TBLs

In the absence of any whispers or cars available, I’m not very confident they will be used?

Maybe if NAPA or Excelr8 borrow one to run a fifth car - of course the latter has said they wouldn’t - and perhaps the possibility of that is holding up any driver announcement as we expected them to be all-but unchanged?

Wouldn't mind seeing Zelos at Excler8 but I wonder if they will be unchanged again and Chilton and Halstead will be back? Guess a lot of it will come down to personal sponsors

I think if there was going to be a new entry using the Moffat TBLs to run 2 i30s I think we would have heard about it by now. Seems to be a lot of drivers for not that many seats this winter. There's a few we can pretty much plug in from rumours but bar no one really knowing what's happening at One , the rest seem quite set.

I could see Zelos at ExcelR8 & Chilton being part of the all new line-up at Speedworks.

Does make you wonder. Chilton was certainly way under the shadow of Ingram in the Hyundai, and a few people have questioned if the team can run more than 'one' car (which they clearly can. Perhaps he might not want to be no3 if Pearson takes off in 2024?

Chilton owns (or paid for) his Hyundai to be built, so unless he see’s the Toyota as a better option (not on the last few years form) and has paid for a car to be built (again), I’d be surprised to see him move.

There's always the possibility that the car could be sold back, or on to someone else, or even leased back to a driver racing for the team.

I know some people think Chilton has an endless amount of family money behind him,, but I'm sure that the team around him could ensure a move to another team probably easier than any other driver on the grid.

Presumably if Cook is going to Toyota with LKQ backing Moffat must be going aswell as its his deal? Or has Cook poached it of him

I would be very surprised if it's not Moffat alongside him as LKQ have been with him a few seasons and Autosport had said when the TBLs were announced that Aiden wanted a front running seat.

Sounds an ideal package for someone like Max Coates and Graves Motorsport.

The 2021 Civic she had was a seriously good package but she only managed a single championship point from a full season.

Last year the money he earned from loaning out His car & TBL funded his TCR season, so it looks like someone has done a deal to run it.

I don't know for certain, but my money is on Graves running it with Max Coates.

Max said on his Podcast the Cayman is a fraction of the cost of a Team Hard BTCC drive was and He and his backers could barely afford that, he (and Graves) won't be stepping up anytime soon, Besides they are fully committed to the Cayman title run this year again. You're more likely to see Toby Trice in BTCC, He is very *very* well funded.

It would be nice if they were used for a new team coming or a certain team returning, but we haven't heard enough to suggest this will happen

I know it’s got nothing to do with any rumours or anything but do you think Btcc should do like an official fantasy team thing like the premier league does? Like a fantasy race team and get points on where they finish and how many overtakes in a race etc.. I think it will be a good idea and make it more exciting for fans.

Absolutely there hasn't been anything to suggest it's going to happen, I think if they do get used it will be someone expanding a lineup last minute.
