I agree.

IMO they should only allow one update in three years. Exception for small updates because of reliability.

This season Kusiri and Moran used 2016 spec Golf's and they beat every guy from TCR China who used new 2017 Golf's. Only Vernay was faster then them.

Looks like TCR Korea is on its way. Not surprisingly as there are 2 South Korean manufacturers already (and at least 1 is competitive). Likely a test day in June then a round in July, September and October. They've got time to build interest but we'll see.

I'm not surprised this is happening at all and I doubt he'd be the only one. Also wouldn't be surprised if Ende went to the CTSCC for a similar reason being one of the causes.

Hungaroring and Barcelona in a Belgian championship? That's a bit of an overstretch.

There is talk of an Australian series for a while but I don't think it's happening.

If I remember correctly Ford project is dead, and LEMA and Vuik didn't received homologation from Mercedes.
Also BAIC will race in China and Subaru maybe in TCR Europe.
Maybe they will have temporary homologation like Kia, Hyundai, Lada and Subaru had in 2017.

The Fiat Tipo will be racing in the 3 Ore Endurance Champions Cup and Coppa Italia Turismo this weekend at Mugello against 11 other TCR cars. It's under the guise of a 24h special with the Giacon's and Rangoni driving. It'll be interesting how good it is or if this is just another test session. Will they go racing with it outside of Italy or sell it to customers to race anywhere?
