Irish rules are 8 fastest cars from all finals, british rules are fastest 10 cars from A finals, seems a rule discrepancy nobody was aware of!!!

Must say, it was the best SuperFinal I've seen in a LONG time, I just wish I had my camera handy for the flag. It was pretty much a 3-way dash for the line. |

I have to agree Magnet, it was a superb race, as was most of the races throughout the day, Super Mods had some brilliant races, as did the Supercars, Jordan v O'Donovan, what a match up that was....As per usual as well, some cracking action with the stock hatches as well, how most of them 205s managed to stay on the track i will never know, especially the man in the red one who we all thought was going to hit something after RX1 in the Stock final, fish tailed for a while but managed to hang on, fair play to that man.
But as it was such a brilliant day out, i want to say thanks to all the drivers on here as it was all down to them and I for one hope for more days like that as it can only bring good publicity for the sport!! Well done lads. |

I agree, there was some seriously good racing in all classes yesterday, full credit to everyone who made the effort to get down and race. The brits had a good day winning Supecars, Supermods and Juniors but stock hatch again going Irelands way. But, how close was the racing!
On the other hand, far too much tarmac, more gravel is badly needed. It looks like it's going to be a GB (Jordan) v Ireland (Ollie) shootout for the Bristish title. Can't wait to see what happens in Croft... Congrats to drivers, marshalls and organisers. What a spectacle |

folks, I've given the Andrew Jordan issue its own thread here
It was an excellent day's racing and I'd hate to see the rest of it overshadowed by one incident - let's have some positive discussion on the rest of the day here and anyone that wants to get into the Jordan issue can do it in the other thread. I have to say I thought all the finals were absolute belters! The juniors are really coming along - some really close racing! |

Yeh that was myself, have a 3.8 Final drive box in that at the moment (which is why it seems to struggle sometimes, seemed fine however for the lead upto dunlop. 4.8 5speed dogbox going into it now
I enjoyed myself the car was alot quicker than last day which i was thrilled about, few niggly misfires and chokes on it but nothing a laptop couldnt sort out |

It was a cracking day, great racing. The quality of the supercar entry meant the best Supercar A & Super Finals I've seen in years. There must have been three or four dramatic twists in both races. I was drooling over Olivier Anne's C4 - G Treacy has got himself a craker there for next year. Fair play to Steve Hill, delighted to see him win.

seems to get away with it alot. so if a competitor complained about this yesterday would he have been excluded. if so would another topic be getting so hotly debated. time he was let know supposed to keep wheels on the track after all its rallycross not grass track.
