In fairness the last one there were reported other problems and parts were falling off before he hit anything so something on the car broke. And the other 2 have more time in the car as well, Tom not an insignificant amount of time behind the wheel of it

Good news, I only hope they have a better reliability. It would be great to see Esteban at Le Mans. BTW, he said in an interview that he had test the old car to drive at Le Mans but Honda didn't allow him. I didn't know that.

Yeah, those are some big words, but refreshing to see it's alive and the car is getting built.
Still, wouldn't bet on them fielding two cars next season.

Would love to see this come to fruition. And as much crap as the team has gotten from fans over the years, they are one of the few teams to field a privateer LMP1 machine so they do deserve some credit for that.

It sounded from his quotes like they may well end up running under a different name. It's a good solution for a brand (maybe from Asia?) who have the funds but not necessarily the development know-how.

I'm the first to admit that I have participated in all the jokes about Kolles and things catching fire, but you've got to admire the ambition and determination behind this project. Outfits with much bigger wallets and grander opinions of themselves would have thrown the towel in years ago. I can't wait to hopefully see the new car in action.

Being reliable enough to fight for the finish would be a start!
