Interesting... running cars at 18 hours have to have finished 50% of the leaders laps, if they haven't they are excluded.

But having the nearest LMP1 car still running (it's team mate) almost 20 laps down and several seconds a lap over LMP2s, they can stroke it, they don't have to take risks.

No but a stupid P2 driver or Tracy Krohn means risks don't matter. Driving slowly is no guarantee of no problems either.

Absolutely gutted for Toyota! The team deserves much more. They must be feeling cursed at Le Mans. I really hope they can get the 8 car to the finish.
