And the ad makes no mention of Gary Scott's pole position in the older car, so it makes sense... |

I'm wondering if anyone can fill me in here... Out towards Leppington in NSW I saw a Nissan Skyline in 1991 Gibson colours. It looked genuine but had #6 on it? Did such a car exist or is it a fake?

I would guess that it is the same one that you can see running around at wakefield park on you-tube, in 91 works colours.
It was back mid-way through this thread or another similar thread where the history of all GMS GTR-R's was discussed. (i thought they were all accounted for). |

It is likely the ex-Beaurepaires car... repainted in GMS/Nismo livery...

They did have a promo/display car for a while, it was actually for sale a few months ago, it may have been in Unique Cars...

Yeh, the number 6 had me a bit lost as well. But the 1000 stickers on it make it interesting. |

Could it be this car, it appears to have a number 6 on the door.

That is probably the car... However who it belongs to and what car it was is what we are trying to solve.
The thing I found interesting was the number on it... If they wanted it to be a replica of the GMS/ATCC GT-Rs, it would be #1 or #2... But #6...? |
