I reckon we'll end up with a couple of those as well. There is at least 2 truly competitive current models out there that are maybe 'spare' at present. Certainly S. Ratel will be looking for involvement for those cars in his series after the favourable impression the Zakspeed car gave last year?

Someone is surely going to get hold of that car and run it!

I think that wahat was the ORECA run car in LMS last year is going into the LMS again though (with Racing Box?), but who's to say it won't do a few non clashing FIA rounds.

thats good news, but if it's pay tv why do they need to go to 2 hours to get german tv.

Yes not everyone here has Sky Sports I know, but for those of us that do we can look forward to some excellent coverage I think, providing Sky get the contract. Anyone remember Sky Sports LMES coverage back in 2001? Was very professionally done and they made the best of a bad situation. With FIA GT they should be able to do a lot better.

Bring back Eurosport all is forgiven.

Last thing the series needs at the moment is dodgy tv feeds and uncertainty. It needs clear simply accessible coverage!

Ch 4's half hour shows were prrtty good - how about getting an hour show with them a week after the race?

Here is another one for you.

Rumor that Tech9 will be moving upto FIA GT2 with the new Porsche 997 RSR. Challenge, guess the drivers

Collard is with BMS yes, I forget the name of his teammate, but it's not Bobbi, some Italian guy lol...

There are a few other 997's entering which I can't say yet.

First run of a Porsche 997 RSR in the UK is on Wednesday Feb 7th at Brands Hatch!

Nice to see the field shaping up.

I hope there will be a Saleen or 2 in GT1 as well as some more Porsches in GT2.

Looks like GT1 may grow a bit with the announcement of the GT1 Citation cup.

Depends how much of the budget Pirelli is finding

AMR didnt have a bad season on them last year . How come they dont seem to work so well over this side of the pond ?

Seem to remember AMR having a few serious tyre issues in the ALMS (Lime Rock springs to mind) but they did seem to get a handle on it by the end of the season.
