A withdrawal team may be Team MACH (#5).
After Motegi final round, they were taking a commemorative photo by all successive drivers of the Team. |

Awww man, that'd be a huge bummer if Team Mach left, they've been in GT300 for a longer time than people realize.

On the photo you can see Hironori Takeuchi (2007), Naoya Yamano (2008), Haruki Kurosawa (2010-2011), Masayuki Ueda (2012), Kazuya Tsuruta (2014) and Masami Kageyama (2015-2016). Initially I didn't notice about it at all. |

But more seriously, perhaps it's a way for Super GT to consider returning to Hokkaido? Maybe a street circuit race in Sapporo or Hakodate? |

One proposal for a street race venue, and it may be too far-fetched given the city's makeup.
You know how Toyota has two home races at Fuji, and Honda has two home races at Suzuka and Motegi? Nissan doesn't have one. But they could have one, with a street race in Yokohama. |

Machine is updated to 2017 specs. However, there is a problem in machine maintenance garage. We're busy, so we have to outsource a maintenance garage. We are looking for 2nd driver and sponsor. |

Guess I m right , I bet Team R'Qs (#22) or (#50) Arnage Racing is the withdrawal team. As the 2nd driver for Team Mach , I bet they rehire Shogo Mitsuyama as the 2nd driver , because he can contributed the maintenance garage and the sponsor Last edited by AkioAsakura95; 3 Dec 2016 at 06:25. |

Autosport web reports the reason why street race becomes possible when GTA became a certified organization of JAF.
In order to hold a race in Japan, it must be a certified organization of JAF. Up to now, Super GT was operated by each circuit company (certified organization of JAF), not GTA. However, this method can not be used in the street race. It'll become possible to hold a race by GTA itself in the future. So this is the first step for holding street race legally. http://www.as-web.jp/supergt/70658?all |
