Um, a driver crashed a car because of a tyre failure, and he could have been hurt, and this Mr_Cool person wishes ill of the driver?
What is this world coming to?

Why the sudden campaign to get 'their' driver into the seat now. He's going to get a drive anyway and if he proves himself there he may graduate in the future.

What happened Smiddy gone from Smiddy972 with 98 posts to Smiddy973 with 4 posts. Get banned did we. Really inventive way of making a comeback.
Im sure Dale is gonna have you on top of his christmas card list in December. But Id get the Bomb Squad in to defuse it before you open any envelope from D Brede of Canberra. |

I'm sure you wouldn't like it if someone did the same thing you are doing to the driver who's barrow you are pushing. I would think that 'your' driver still has to prove himself anyway.

All I can say is that if Smiddy 972/973 or any other number in the collection is the manager of the other guy to have tested a car for the team in question, he isnt doing a very good job... there is no seat on the horizon for him any time soon, especially when all this stuff becomes public knowledge. And it will! In case you are interested, Dale is actually beating himself up very badly about this crash. He is disappointed because of the hard work the team has put in to get him as far as they have gone, and that the accident will give the Dynamik crew more work to do when they get the car back to Wingfield. Its a very good attitude to have, and totally out of step with the shyte smiddy972/973 is sprouting. The driver cares about his career, cares about the crash, cares that he has let the crew down, even though the accident was not directly his fault. A much better view on life than to not give a toss, and ask the team owner when the car will be fixed after a relatively pointless all nighter. Good on Dale for pushing his own career as hard as he has, good on any of these drivers who knock on doors till their knuckles hurt for having done so, to actually take a step closer to their dream. Bad on those who seem to be multi-orgasmic at the thought of poo-pooing that dream, getting a perverse pleasure out of rubbishing other people! |
