Great race. Refreshing to see a superspeedway race go the distance without a last lap anticlimax.

Joey "Chicken Poo Move" Logano strikes again. Even worse he used the light touch from the restart as his excuse to blatantly take Byron out.
I sure hope Byron does NOT be the "bigger man" and make sure to retaliate in the future. Can't wait for the day Logano retires, he's trash pure and simple. |

What we need is Matt Kenseth to come back and remind Mr Chicken $h1t Logano that actions have consequences.
From my view point the Cup race was the worst of the three this weekend. Racing was much more interesting in Truck and xfinity. Sick of seeing this crappy new suspension fold up on the Cup cars too - I get Brad's car and Kyle's were going at a fair old lick but I would reckon that accident last year they both would have been able to continue after a trip to pit road. |

NASCAR has outdone itself this evening. BY FAR, the worst and most uncalled for late caution, ever.

I tossed up between watching and catching some Zzzz's. The Zzzz's won out.
Sounds like I may have made the right call! |

And then they saw the bs caution and raised window nets are kinda unneeded as long as we can't tell it's just propped in there. My favorite is the near universal driver "they needed to call him in" followed directly by "well I wouldn't have come in either." Pick one guys, you look a bit like asses, as usual, so all is right I guess.

Should be fun!
I got to see Kimi's first nascar test at the now closed Gresham Motorsports Park, from a bit of a distance. They ended up closing it to the public b/c Bob Varsha and Speedvision cameras showed up. This was before his starts in the Truck Series. Got to talk to then track owner Dan Elliott, so that was cool... |

Trackhouse has their "international" car program and Kimi ain't a bad choice but not exactly a quick car so.... Car owner comments: “PROJECT91’s mission is to activate the intersection point of NASCAR racing and global motorsport culture,” said Marks. “I truly believe the Next Gen car represents an opportunity for NASCAR to enter the global professional motor sports conversation. I've not been a big fan of the new look with the numbers all askew but the #47 car is just about the most hideous thing I've ever seen.

Good God Fox coverage BLOWS, every every every comment is sponsored by someone and done poorly.
The cars also appear to be designed by MB AMG, bouncing/porpoising like crazy. Larson's car looks crazy wide on the hip with the white color and setting sun. Wanted O'Ward to win the 500 and then Suarez to win here, go for the Mexican clean sweep of the racing. Nothing against Ericsson, just would have been interesting after Perez winning early. And Suarez looking good and Trackhouse has been good |

He spun IN TO THE PITS and they threw a caution? He was off the track and out of the way guys
Don't need an extinguisher, that DeWalt blower works fine. And the classic guy's boot on the flames. Bit hot at the back of Larson's car Last edited by broadrun96; 30 May 2022 at 00:05. |

I really would like to know when and how they decide caution. Seems to be as soon as someone is spinning, they MUST throw the yellow. I don't get it. Cautions should be for safety reasons. Please tell me the danger of the spin to anyone?
Nonsense. |

Well Chase just showed everyone they need 1 set of new tires for the end of race. Scuffs mid race but you HAVE to keep a set in hand to drive away late. Or at least later than others if you can

That's 2 WTF moments, one of track and one oops on track. Damn, Logano missed it.
12 driving a bit wonky Missed Chase's problem and repair clock problem God 2.5 hours and not halfway?? Apparently record at first race was 5.5 hours. If tires keep burning up and scuffs suck who knows |

Gonna be a long night.
Clock for Chase never reset after the last caution so he's done. Not sure how they're even letting the 12 out looking like that! |

Loophole cause of the speeds under caution, same with the 6 for a bit. Once green they both went hard left in to pits and garage

I like Suarez, no blaming anyone else, just racing and he got in a tough spot. Could see his eyes get HUGE watching Buescher flip right next to him
Takes a bit more work to flip a Cup car than Indy. Looked like that tire dug in to a groove/drain no matter what the booth says. Replay showed it under the car before or flipped. |
