An Audi A4 115TDI 2004 chipped to 163HP, no increase on top speed, but bags of extra torque, and 6/8 mpg better. Excellant car.

Vauxhall Senator
The 1988-1997 Commodores (VN/VP/VR/VS models) are based on the Senator, with a slightly lengthened and widened body, plus the adaption of a live rear axle (IRS crept in with the long wheelbase Statesman in 1991 and subsequently into the swb cars) and 3.8L Buick V6 and Holden 5.0L V8 engines. The 1997 Commodore was also an enlarged Omega (~1994-5?)

I've just had a change of work car - now an auto Corolla hatch, which is just as exciting as it sounds...

Nothing wrong with a 306DTurbo mine gave me 150K of trouble free driving and they handle well too (but watch out for the lift off oversteer!). Not on a par with the latest generation of TD's but still a good car for the money (and much better than the pile of junk they replaced it with).

My trusty Pug 306 DTurbo went through it's MOT too. 10 years old, 150K on the clock - straight through.

French engineering at it's most unlikely
