This is a very serious move, hope to see Todd move up the field, you'd think with a solid pedaller in T8 machinery he might get right amongst it with the other single car teams, and perhaps give the Nissans a nudge.

Wouldn't be too good if they ended up slipping further back, just to try and prove a point.

That would hardly be an ideal situation for their sponsors.

Might be a case of 1 step back to make 2 steps forward next season. Clearly this season wasn't working, and with their resources and support it was not going to improve. They had to do something.

Probably not so much of a big deal when the bulk of the sponsor group own the cars.

I admire his commitment, but he could use a proof reader though.

Odd they were denied a wildcard. Perhaps not enough media pulling power behind it?

I suspect he'll be in a Super2 car of some description post-enduros, providing the damage bill isn't too high on the #7.

What point?

They were never offered technical support when they bought the cars (DJRTP Falcons), so I don't understand why they thought it would be a good idea to run them without technical support in the first place.

The alternative would be to do an "Erebus" and put their own MSR front-ends into old DJRTP shells (like Erebus did with old Walkinshaw shells) to recreate the old days of SBR as a full-fledged team with it's own fabrication but I guess that would be too ambitious...

Aaaahhh i seem to recall when it was announced they were being purchased, it was mentioned that no support was being offered, whereby many keyboardists thought that was crazy. Time has proven them correct
