It could be that the TS is too late on the straight and we are seeing lift and coast.
We saw it consistently with Toyota in practice, but more are doing it now we are in the race.

The 7 with a very short refueling. I fail to see a point in this. Sure they and the 6 are in a bad position as the 50 can make it on just 1 extra stop after their incoming pit while they can't without major fuel saving. Still, bizarre to refuel just to 37%.
