Not a confirmation of anything, before we get too internetty about this, but I've just seen the replay. The marshal was knocked off his feet, but in the short time you see it didn't look terrible (hopefully) and then judging by the lack of action in that area the next time you see it I guess it wasn't too bad. You never see anything perfectly to judge though.

I, for one, appreciate an update of any kind!! All I saw was it was close and then the comments here and Twitter. That sounds a little positive

Yup that’s my reading of it too. With how quick the incident was cleared up/ the new barrier installed they won’t have moved the marshal unless they were ok/ relatively un injured
