This is the information spoken in the team director talk show at NISMO festival.
So this might be a joke.

Probably other team directors didn't get it about Masahiko Kondo & his team's crazy strategy (pitstop without tyre change) which made his team won at 2 races.

Autosport web reports Sepang 12h race.
http://www.as-web.jp/supergt/72655/2

In this article, Autosport says that,
Saitama Toyopet Green Brave participated in the race in order to "future step up."
Owner driver Takayuki Hiranuma's practice was also the purpose.

Judging from this article,
Hiranuma would participate in GT300 as an owner driver of STGB.

If Saitama Toyopet Green Brave participate GT 300 then they will use Mark X Mother chassis

According to Kota Sera blog,
it seems that the annual issue of Motorsport technology details 2016-2017 (Special edition of Motor Fan Illustrated magazine) will feature Subaru BRZ GT300 engine.

If I have to wager a bet as to who would co-drive for him, it'd be Taku Bamba or Shigekazu Wakisaka. Someone who has winning experience in GT300 (in Bamba's case, a championship title with GSR) who can help Hiranuma transition to this level easier.

That said, if I were running Saitama Toyopet, I'd use my links with Toyota and see if I can perhaps get someone young and brimming with potential - like Sho Tsuboi or Ritomo Miyata - some running time in the car.

During the race, I saw the live timing and it seems Hiranuma-san spent more time in the car than other drivers.

For those who find out about Takayuki Hiranuma (平沼 貴之), there are some words from Taku Bamba (his teammate) about him. So far he competes at 86/BRZ series (clubman class) and Super Taikyu (ST-3 class). At 2015 he (together with Taku Bamba and Naoki Hattori) clinched ST-4 series championship (Toyota 86)

Makaze has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Two Honda NSX-GT on Yokohama, two on BS and one on Dunlop for next year.

#16 is doing the Yokohama testing.

Autosport magazine SGT silly season report
*Takashi Kobayashi might join in the Team ARTA (#8).
*ATJ will take charge of a maintenance garage of Team Kunimitsu (#100).
This means Kunimitsu will remain in the ace-car.

I think the next season's tire shuffle is probably due to the fact that Bridgestone reduced motorsport budget.
Bridgestone is "free of charge" tire, Yokohama is "be paid" tire.

@Japanese Samurai

Speaking about the tire shuffle for next season . I think ARTA will not switch the tyre to other manufacturer , due to the sponsorship or the relationship between amsc (AUTOBACS Motorsport conferences) right???

http://www.alnex.jp/partner/
http://www.amsc.jp/html/owner/

And I found that Bridgestone tyre for ARTA team with the * asterisk mark and it says
*このマークのついたパートナー企業はamscにもご参加いただいております。

Yes. I think that Team Kunimitsu will use Michelin tire.
That's because Keiichi Tsuchiya (ARTA) has a very strong connection with Bridgestone.
He had a sponsor contract with Yokohama before. However, he switched it to Bridgestone.
This was a very epoch making sponsor change for Japanese driver.

Then I hoped Lexus will do at the same direction to Honda team because of the Bridgestone reduced motorsport budget and I hoped Team Tom's (one of the machine) will switch to Michelin tyres. But Keizo Takahashi says the Tyres manufacturer won't changed for all the Lexus team unless they changes their mind.

I don't think any Lexus team will switch to Michelin. Would be cool to see though. Probably the same last season with one on Yokohama.

According to BOB Suzuki blog,
There is the update package for M6 GT3 in the next season. And this is the article for the Suzuki-san write

Title : M6GT3 2017version!

EVO

I received the information about the M6GT3 2017 update kit package.
Trouble can't fix during the season due to the regulations.
So we had struggled in 2016 season.
All trouble would be fixed by this update kit.
And, in 2018, it will be big minor change for M6GT3 called "EVO."
So 2017 update kit's objective is improvement of the reliability.
But I know that 2017 M6GT3 is already fast.
By the way, I need more sponsors.
I'd like to cure a cold and to find sponsor.

The M6 GT3 seemed to have way more reliability issues in its first year, much more than the rest of the new GT3 cars - and it just so happened that most of them hit Team Studie in the race finals.

Aside from that, it's a dang good car.

I'm still don't have the idea why the reliability issue only happened to Team Studie's car, while ARTA's didn't suffer from similar issue. Team Studie would have been consistent for top-5 finish, and also had strong chance to win.
