Yes, I felt a bit bad hijacking the thread, but at least I had the news of the Mighty Minis on TV to add to it, so I didn't feel too bad. Now, the next thought is - wonder who is out testing at Mallory with a BRM? If I recall, there are three of those currently in captivity, all of which race to a greater or lesser extent. I wonder which it was. I've never seen that era of F1's around Mallory. I caught an Aurora AFX British F1 race in about 1980-ish, which was scary, but the sixties machines would probably fit nicely. |

If I had realised the cars significance, (And hadn't been so enthralled with my own situation with Chris 'n' co,) I would have wandered over to the BRM camp, said "Good Morning" in my best Sunday morning voice, and asked as many questions as I could have gotten away with. Rats. Next time... |
