I did hear that Orrcon may have been heading to QR as well to give the BA and the best of the AU's and Drivers one last blast before the enduro's.

Interested to know if new owners of Betta Team , 888 Motorsport are going to take the same oppurtunity or just wait till next weekend and "test" during practice.

Both SBR cars are there with all four drivers. Morris and Faulkner are testing, as are Syeve Owen and Phillip Scifleet who are using an ex-Morris machine in Smiths Trucks livery

I was at 888 today and they were busy packing up the trucks, don't think they are testing before leaving, as they would have to leave no later then Mondayish.

Ambose blitzed them as I was informed by SBR PMS had all the good tyres left over from Romano0 but couln't get close to Ambrose
Russell Ingall Had all the Hp but cant understand how Marcus does it
PM had good tyres left over from O.P Dn F and could not approach Marcus's times .
I was not there but had a hot line to those that were there

How did PMM get around the numbering thing if they were using the Romano tyre stash? I presume that they renumbered the #29 car as #24??

Pretty simple really, Marcos is a better driver; in fact only second to Craig.

Depends on your definition of "better driver" there Tricky, Marcos can actually set up a car, and is one of the secrets to SBR's pace this season. Mr Lowndes in the same situation is not likely to have led the team forward as far as Marcos has with SBR.

Having said that, if Craig codrove Marcos' car, they would likely be within a poofteenth of each other

I have to agree with GTR's statement Tricky. But in my opinion Marcos would just pip Craig in the same car.

Only because he has been more instrumental in setting it up - but IMHO given the same time etc in a car - dunno - think they would be very very even.

Stranger things have happened in the past - I mean we would never see Moffat and Brock in the same team, now would we?

SBR, Morris, Super Cheap Racing, And Larkham were all at Qld Raceway today. Ambrose and Morris both did high 1min10`s, Ellery did 1min11.2 and Faulkner di 1min11.4. Everyone else were around the high 11`s low 12`s.

I have heard from two different people that Morris and Ambrose were within a hairs width of each other.

After a couple of phone calls this morning it seems that my contact at SBR fed me some misinformation to see if it would appear on a forum and then they would know who I was Sevi's info is on the money seems like the Dude has got a real good package together so we could be in for some good hard racing at the front of the field apparently John Faulkner did some quick laps in the 29 car so they may very well appear on the podium at Sandown

I think Accelerate had a problem once with our service provider where it would **** itself on Sunday morning and not be fixed until Monday. Now the company has been bought out 8 times over and has 24/7 tech support. I think Conrod has the 9-5/5 tech support

Get with the topic guys. Who gives a F*** which site is up and which is not, we are here aren`t we. Anyway SBR will win 500 after what I seen at testing. Morris wil be there and Faulkner did a great job. Ellery and Youlden will only be top ten contenders maybe top 5, Ellery`s recent form has been strong and he loves the big stuff. Larkham and Bargs well?
