Zanardi rolled his BMW... What a shame. I hope the team can fix it.

Zanardi´s BMW is destroyed, Ravaglia will rebuild the car in August. A real shame but fortunately Alex is ok.

Zanardi out of Spa
Zanardi's BMW has had a big roll in practice.
He crashed at Pouhon. Allessandro is uninjured, and was able to get out quickly and safely, but the car is too badly damaged to race. |

That's a shame, and at the same track as his big crash in 1993.

Peugeot isn´t so slow, first race and Spa is a very hard track to make debut (look Chevrolet which isn´t far of Peugeot).
Ford is that slow, when will that "Saloon" arrive? |

Well, we know how RWD works. Expect Priaulx to have to avoid a sideways smash from Farfus as he tries to cover the line...and probably Jorg sneaking through for the lead if I was to try and guess the start.
Colciago quick again indeed, but not as strong as Pueblo. Last rounds hero, Terting...slowest of all the Seat's, with Jason only just ahead. Boy it's been a while since our last WTCC race hasn't it! Those Hotfiel Ford's are remarkably slow aren't they. Guess that testing session and dropping Jager worked out well for them. |

New weight for Alfa Romeo and SEAT is 1.130 kg (look touringcartimes.com for more info). Too changes, aren´t they?

BMW 1-2-3 in race one. Great racing from Dirk & Andy.
Jorg & Augusto good clean racing for the first 7.9 laps at least Alfa well placed for race two, only Garcia breaking them up. |
