Crash and Burn should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Test Days

On nearly all the test days Williams lead the boards, how comes they fall apart on the Race days?

I know the engines give in some times - but surely after this length of time they could get it right.

What I would say is that it's 'coz none of the top teams would ever give the maximum on the oficial tests. I can't say I'm sure, but I think that it's always been usual that fastest on the testings was a team that has achieved most in developing something new - like BMW's engine for eg.
