Darn...in my opinion..it looks worse than last year's aweful livery...

it looks like livery from a lower formula series...and given how classy Mclaren could make their design, and how dramatic Jordan done theirs...i find this car an eye-sore!

Minardi deserves a nicer look!

I have to say that it looks like a black car with assorted stickers on it. Nothing would appear to have been done in an artistic manner?

I'm surprised that Mr Stoddard hasn't put more European Aviation stickers on the car while trying to find other sponsors. Given he own's the team he may as well get value for money?

Perhaps he gets more money from the other sponsors than recognition if he plastered the car with his own stickers. I don't know. But I like it! Much tidier looking than last year's car.

it looks a lot better than last years but I agree the rear spolier is dreadful... malaysian flag if I'm not very much mistaken. I can smell a team kissing sponsor ass....

Yes, I was trying to work out if it was the Maylasian Flag or some *******isation of the Stars and Stripes!

I see now how they will cope with having Alex Yoong and a much faster team-mate (is it definately Webber?) - two seat car... Yoong rides in the back and promises not to touch anything!

Well, if you look at the Minardi for a bit, and then look at the McLaren, you gain a deep appreciation of the importance of technical innovation that a healthy budget allows!

Mr. Stoddart is looking for points this year, and methinks he'll find them hard to come by!

I suspect another year at the back of the grid is in the cards for Minardi. They don't have a wind tunnel, do they??

Mr Senna: but don't ALL two seater cars look a bit chunky next to their single seater counterparts?? Ignore the CAR, I'm sure (I hope!) the 2002 Min will be a bit less hefty!!

For a team that aren't likely to be able to do much on the track (me being harsh) I think they should have came up with a better paint job than that. The big KL makes it look like some sort of military vehicle or somethin...come on Stoddy!

Agreed Mr V!

Another point, with the Asia Tech engine stuck in the back, I think Minardi are going to struggle to score any points at all this year. I admire Paul Stoddard for what he has done, but the paint job sucks, and the engine will be no better, sorry guys and girls.

The '99 Minardi was gorgeous.

The 2002 Minardi however... is absolutely hideous. It looks cheap. It looks tacky. It looks sllllllow. Where have the zippy lines of previous Minardis gone? Before they were sleek and lovely, now it's a lump. Oh dear. Oh dear oh dear... Paul, what have you done...

There's sponsorship deals, and then there's overkill. I know Paul's done it to ensure he has money for development and engines, but there's a point when it gets taken too far and it's been crossed.

Bloody Hell, what is that thing on the rear wing?

Minardi's have always looked nice, except of course for the ones that are loaded with adverts...but this thing is hideous...how could they do that?

Actually, up until the alledged rear wing it looks quite reasonable - perhaps that horrid Malaysian flag is only there for the Malaysian launch of the livery? I certainly hope so, because it's rubbish.
