Rumours
from Champweb:
Not only has Tomas Scheckter signed with Ganassi Racing, but Coors will sponsor him IN CART! Yes, TCGR will have 1 car in CART, and 3 in the IRL. Coors wanted to stay in CART, and Scheckter wants to run road courses, and so in order for Ganassi to have Scheckter and Coors, he would have to run in CART...much to Toyota's demise. Also Emmo Fittipaldi to run a 2 car team with South American sponsership and drivers |

I am inclined to believe the Emerson Fittipaldi rumor. He's been hanging around the paddock an awful lot lately. Don't know if I believe the Scheckter rumor tho.

But Emmo's always near the action, as are any number of famous/rich folk. I think it would be a better chance if the series still visited Brazil...
