In recent years, you have given us great insight on the "behind the scenes" info at Indy in May....
We would love to have you share your insight this year as well with us.... BTW...are you involved with an Indy 500 effort this time around??? I know that you won't tell us which one , but we ould love to hear from you concerning this year's edition of "The Greatest Spectacle In Racing" |

Ha Ha HA ! I haven't had much time to visit the forums but it's raining here and I had to check my mail. Most everything that is going on has been reported by the usual sources,Trackside Online being the best for "inside" information. I will tell you that a Godson of a 4 time Indy winner is close to having a deal to run the 500 !

The big talk in Gasoline Alley today is that Dale Earnhardt Jr. announced that he will leave DEI at the end of his contract. Most figure that he will drive a #3 Bud sponsored car for Richard Childress Racing. I can just see the the sales of merchandise already

It will be neat to see John in the field at the 500 again.
Jr in the 3 car would put merchandise sales through any roof you would wish to choose from. |

I've heard (through the Indianapolis Star) that John Andretti is in line for the third Panther car, but I know he's talked to Greg Beck about one of his, too.
