All were out on old tyres, so things will pick up this afternoon.
They won't get serious until tomorrow's practice I'd suggest. Usual suspects in the top ten, but special mention to Simon Wills, great effort. Must be that 'Woomera' paint helping him along. |

Lowndes is impressive given he only did 3 laps. Impacted the tyre wall at the first chicane and ended the session.

No prizes for being parked with a bent car I'm afraid... More of this and less of this  for young Craig...

Another good effort from Murphy while Wills is still showing reasonable pace with 3rd & 11th in both sessions while WPS may as well give the game away as both their cars will struggle to qualify.

If the 2 WPS cars stay firmly entrenched on the bottom of the time sheets I'd expect we might see another "comment" from the team boss about his chosen drivers
